Fun to go smell all the teas, and the staff are friendly and helpful! Took off a star because I requested blue flower Earl grey and I'm pretty sure they sent me home with the Earl grey cream.
The smell in here is amazing! There are at least 100+ teas & you can smell & view little sample jars. There are description cards, which are super helpful.
The staff was also super helpful & friendly & so far I've tapped into one of the Christmas teas & it's delish!

The place has amazing teas. And a great variety. Customer service - if you need to reach them by phone- you get only voicemail. And they don't call you back. I tried emailing them-but I haven't Received an email back. My last visit there the clerk didn't give me all of my items to put in the bag. Not a happy camper!!
