Gustav’s in Leavenworth has that classic, cozy Bavarian‑pub feel that fits the village perfectly. The big wooden beams, warm lighting, and casual, friendly atmosphere make it an easy place to settle in after wandering the town. The menu leans hearty—brats, schnitzel, pretzels, all the comfort staples—and everything feels straightforward and satisfying rather than fussy. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax with a beer, enjoy the mountain‑town vibe, and take in...
My wife and I went on a less busy day, but the service was very fast and the servers brought us water right after being seated. The Gustav burger was pretty high up on the list of best burgers I’ve had. It had a reminder on the receipt that it’s 15% off if you show a military ID. It was only about 100 dollars for 2 burgers and fries, 2 beers, pickles fries (they were very good), hot cider and a kids chicken strip meal.
Right at the start of the Leavenworth downtown area. Very pretty inside with nice views. Food was decently priced for the area. The French dip was good with onion and cheese added, without the dip it would be very bland. Fries are good. The fish and chips and the Reuben were a hit! Bacon cheeseburger was 4/5 per my husband. The garlic cheese curds definitely stole the show and are a must!! Fast and great service!
