This is definitely an underrated hidden gem. I ordered a mushroom Swiss cheese burger and the taste blow me away. The juiciness of the beef patty, the flavor of caramelized mushroom and onion, and balance of this item is worth trying. 100% recommend.
Went here on Mother’s Day. Ordered pretzel, 2 different cuts of steak, and country fried steaks. Food was good! As a local, we come here a lot, we like the variety, consistency and price. I’ll give 5 star for food for these reasons.
Star of the visit was the waitress, it was only her 2nd or 3rd day at the job (Ashely, I think her name was?). Waitress was excellent, attentive and personable. You couldn’t tell she was only a couple days in! Amazing service!

My wife had the club sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was very large so she only ate half of it
I got the pork chop which was at least 1.5 inches thick. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly.
The waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and how it was prepared.
The prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend Kristall's.
