My first visit to Larch Italian Restaurant was an excellent experience overall, and I can confidently say I'll be back. I decided to dine solo, and from the moment I was seated, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It's not always easy to make someone dining alone feel comfortable, but the staff did a fantastic job.

Sarah, my server, was outstanding. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. She checked in at just the right times and made sure I always had everything I needed. I also want to recognize the busser, who stopped by several times throughout my meal to ask how everything was and whether I needed anything. That level of teamwork and hospitality really stood out to me. It's something you don't see everywhere, and it made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personal.

The food itself was absolutely fantastic. Everything arrived surprisingly quickly, especially considering the quality of the dishes. My meal was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. The drink I ordered was equally impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. From start to finish, the savory portion of my dinner exceeded my expectations.

The only part of the experience that fell short was dessert. I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake, and unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. As someone who is a trained baker, I found the balance of flavors to be off. It lacked the sweetness I would normally expect from a cheesecake and had a noticeably sour flavor that overwhelmed the pumpkin and cream cheese. The texture was fine, but the overall taste made it difficult to enjoy, and I ended up leaving most of it behind. Everyone's palate is different, of course, but I do think this particular dessert could benefit from a lot of refinement.

That said, one very disappointing dessert isn't enough to overshadow what was otherwise an outstanding dining experience. The excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and exceptional food made a lasting impression. I appreciate how smoothly everything ran, how quickly the food arrived, and how every member of the staff seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a great experience.

For a first visit, Larch absolutely delivered where it mattered most. I'll definitely return to explore more of the menu, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Italian meal in Leavenworth. My only suggestion would be to reconsider or refine the pumpkin cheesecake, because everything else I experienced set such a high standard that the dessert simply didn't measure up. Overall, a wonderful meal and a restaurant that's clearly doing many things right. I look forward to my next visit.

Took wife and mother in law. Got reservations which I recommend. The food 5 stars- EXCELLENT. We each shared a little and all of it was so perfect. Service and atmosphere were fine - nothing amazing. But the food - ohhhh the food is worth it. Give it a try

We walked in without a reservation on a really hot afternoon, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, seating us right on the patio under the misters. It was such a welcome relief! We ordered a light meal of pork belly and crab cakes, and both were absolutely amazing. Paired with two fantastic cocktails, it made for a completely delightful afternoon snack. Highly recommend!

Pasta was very good. I tried the Pappardelle and the Casarecce. I would highly recommend either. But I was so disappointed by the dessert! I asked for the chocolate torte which by the description was all chocolate. I received a mint chocolate torte. It was awful. Crispy top, thick layer of mint and remind you the description never mentioned mint. If you want dessert, don’t end your night with a letdown, get something else!

Larch was hands down one of my favorite meals ever. We stumbled in on a whim without reservations and it turned out to be one of the best spontaneous decisions we’ve made.
We ordered the burrata, crab and shrimp cakes, pappardelle, and casarecce. The casarecce was a standout with a sweet and spicy gochujang cream sauce that paired wonderfully with tender brisket. A fusion dish I didn’t see coming but absolutely loved. The burrata with charcoal crackers was great too and the marmalade that came with completely stole the show. The atmosphere is intimate with dim lighting and a lively crowd. We were seated near the bar and it felt like exactly the right spot. Our server was fantastic, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us consistently throughout the night. If you’re ever in town, definitely check this place out!!

Really outstanding, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the entire dining experience.

- Server Casey was great. Professional. Efficient. Very nice.
- I had the Lasagna. It was excellent.
- Wife had the mushroom ravioli, it also was excellent. They added some brisket for extra protein and it made the dish even better.
- House salad was also excellent.

I will definitely dine here again if my travels bring me back to Leavenworth. Highly recommended!

If you like Olive Garden, put the all you can eat bread sticks down and run don't walk to this restaurant and have yourself the best pasta in the Cascades. My 11 year old got the ravioli stuffed with fish and loved it. My husband got the lasagna and savored it. I loved the linguini.
Yes, it's a bit expensive, but it's quality it's delicious and it's nestled in the middle of an amazing Bavarian village in Leavenworth, Washington.

Obsessed with Larch! Every single thing we ordered was top notch. Our waitress Frida went above and beyond. She created such an amazing atmosphere and experience. People like Frida make you want to come back to the restaurant! We ordered the crab cakes, pork belly, mushrooms, halibut and pasta and literally everything was SO good! Zero complaints, highly recommend!
