Great place! Usually isn’t too crowded, along with great service and friendly staff! Many ciders to choose from. Great low pressure place to stop by and taste some ciders, have a snack, or eat something fulfilling!

My husband and I were so excited to go back to this place after having a wonderful experience in 2019. The building and atmosphere were great. Big but cozy feeling at the same time. The service at the order counter was good too. However, when it came time to be seated, the waitress/bartender put us 3 feet from a table with 2 loud young kids and a very fussy loud baby when there were TWENTY-FIVE other empty tables in the establishment. I counted. I was absolutely disgusted! We understand kids will be around and we are fine with that. But when the restaurant is nearly empty and you stick us next to the one loud table with screaming children, how are we supposed to enjoy ourselves? There were other couples seated downstairs and away from the kids. There’s no table service so it’s not like it was a particular server’s “section”. It was just blatant disregard for the surroundings. I’m sure the family of screaming kids would have preferred to be by themselves too, so they weren’t constantly trying to shush their kids and move their kids from standing right behind our chairs. The entire experience was terrible and I was just silently pleading to myself that my husband would finish his flight ASAP so we could get out of their. No disrespect to the parents of the kids, but we weren’t enjoying ourselves being seated next to their very noisy children. They could have seated us anywhere else in the giant restaurant and we would have had a great experience. But instead, it was 3 feet from the noisiest table of the 4-5 tables even occupying the restaurant at that time. To add to the displeasure, the menu did not accurately depict the food item we ordered. The menu item specifically said the s’mores pretzel was served with marshmallow fluff for dipping. You can read the menu in the restaurant and online and both descriptions include that. The picture online even shows it served with marshmallow fluff. When we got it served to us, there was only marshmallow “drizzle” on the pretzel. When we asked about the fluff for dipping, they said they didn’t offer that. Why is it on the menu that way? Have you ever tried to eat a giant pretzel with nothing to dip it in? It was exactly as you’d guess, dry. The chocolate sauce and tiny amount of marshmallow drizzle wasn’t enough to balance the chewy pretzel underneath. It needed a dip, like pretty much every other pretzel you’ve ever ordered. I wouldn’t have ordered it if the description didn’t mention a dipping sauce. Yes, it was a large pretzel, but for what it was and how it tasted, it was extremely over priced. It was not worth $20.99. It was worth maybe $10, if that. I would not order it again. It was not nearly as delicious as the description and it was so dry without a dip, that we didn’t even bother to finish it. It was a waste of calories at that point. We were extremely disappointed about our experience. We love visiting Leavenworth in the winter season and most of our experiences in the town have always been wonderful. But this was a huge huge huge let down. The restaurant never had more than 5-6 tables so you can’t blame “busy” or the “busy season” for any of this. We were originally going to come back to this place for lunch the following day but we didn’t. We have no desire to go back which is unfortunate because it really is a neat place when the staff pays attention to the surroundings and the food is accurately depicted.

Truly had a great experience over this super busy weekend (12/6). The staff was very friendly and the Manager/Owner was very present and helpful in guiding the menu. There was a line but they were working so quickly we only waited about 10 minutes and were able to order and get a table. There was just the 2 of us and we shared the Cider flight and OG pretzel. The tender let us know it would be about 40 minutes on the pretzel (it came out in about 15-20 minutes!) and the Cranberry cider is delicious! We ended up sharing a table since there were only 2 of us but it worked out just fine since the overall volume was pretty mild.

Can't beat the Cider House, we visit Leavenworth at Christmas every other year and we always find ourselves at the Cider House once or twice each trip. Fantastic beers and cider, great easy-going atmosphere that's kid friendly, and fantastic people taking great care of us. We tend to over order our food but that's because they've got a ton of choices.

Don't miss this place. We're enjoying it as we speak.

100% recommend. First stop in Leavenworth this trip. After a 4 hour drive we needed a snack and drink, bad. What a great atmosphere right off the bat! We ordered the Cracklin Ranch Pretzel, a beer, and Raspberry cider. We were then led upstairs to a beautiful view of the entire establishment. Our pretzel was brought upstairs within 5 minutes with a side of ranch and warm marinara - it’s like we special ordered it. They just knew us 😳 - in a great way. Go. There. Now

I’ve been here a few different times and have left satisfied every time. They have a large variety of cider and though I’ve only had the pretzels to eat, they are PHENOMENAL. The staff is super friendly and great every time I’ve gone as well. Best pretzels in Leavenworth!!

We had some absolutely amazing cider here and the staff was lovely. For Leavenworth, the price was very good. You HAVE to try the applesauce cider.

As someone who isn’t from the area, let me tell you what a treat it was to discover this place - the atmosphere, the hospitality, the food/drink are all noteworthy. We were greeted by who presumably is the owner, stepped away from the bar to look at the menu, and he came back to check in on us after a few minutes. The kind gentleman let us try multiple different ciders before we bought and sat us at a table upstairs. The drinks and food were delicious (we had a huckleberry ale, a pumpkin ale, a barrel aged specialty ale, and a Reuben pretzel). I absolutely suggest stopping in here!

Came in for a pretzel and a drink. Was not disappointed. The OG pretzel put all others we've had to shame. It was freshly made, realky big, super soft with the right amount of salt and the cheese sauce was great. We enjoyed the pretzel and drinks from one of the couches which was nice. Only knocks on the experience were having to order immediately rather than at the table and the guy taking the order not being super knowledgeable about what was on tap. Other than that very enjoyable.

As other reviews have mentioned, this spot is on the pricier end of things. 10/10 on the GF pizza (came with ranch and parm). The server was also super nice. There was another server who even let someone try one of the ciders after she told him she's not had any of them (it was 12%.... they can be rough ciders to drink haha) so 10/10 for service!

I came in on a random Thursday afternoon so it was quiet but all around, everyone super nice.
