I am a sucker for an eggs benedict. I saw their description of a Chorizo Benedict and was sold! It did not disappoint. If anything it was even better than I could have hoped! It was just enough spice in the Chipotle hollandaise and the creaminess of the fresh avocado gave it the perfect balance. The egg was poached to perfection and the english muffin was crispy.

I really wanted to order the Butterscotch White Russian but I couldn't rationalize the indulgence...

I am in love with Louie’s! The owner is very calm and inviting! Just seriously the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The decor is so perfect. I love it here! May have to drive up from Redmond for some delicious meals!!! Thank you for such an awesome experience!!! Lance and I will be back thank you so much! Just made the end of our travels so much brighter! Eat the potatoes any way they come you will be back!

El Chorizo Benedict was super good!
Very sweet lady took our order.
