So creative and savory! You can tell much thought and knowledge goes into each dish as the flavors and textures are spot on. The setting was great and the service was on point. If you like something that is a bit of a tour of savory dishes and creativity, Mana is a must!
Nice place for an anniversary dinner. Loved the wine pairing with the meal. All fresh ingredients and nothing so crazy you couldn't eat the dish like some pre fixe farm to tables. Would come back!
We had the July tasting menu with paired drinks. The non alcoholic drinks were truly incredible as was every single course on the menu. There were some outstanding highlights including an nori crisp with cashew cheese, the black cod with Tom Kha broth, and pickled fiddlehead ferns. Each item was so thoughtfully prepared and they even swapped out the Osso Buco for a pescatarian friendly version which tasted just as good if not better. Highly recommend, an amazing experience.
