A very fun and delicious experience to celebrate a retirement. The environment was warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed how much we learned from the chef and other servers. Generous wine pairings and portion sizes. Very much felt like we weren’t in Leavenworth, which for some, is a very good thing and for some, maybe this isn’t kitschy enough. For us, it was a nice reprieve from the Bavarian options and decor.
Beautiful concept and strong ingredients, but inconsistent execution.
There were a few highlights, the third course was the best, but the meal didn’t start strong, and both the palate cleanser and final dessert missed (raspberry overpowered the last dish).
The biggest issue was the ribeye, it came out noticeably undercooked, and no one checked in or addressed it. I ended up getting a brat afterward.

Visiting from out of town and thought this look like a neat experience. Are accustomed to fine dining, James Beard and Michelin starred restaurants— this was right up there. The service was outstanding. The menu was creative and flavorful; there is nothing I didn’t like and some of the courses were absolutely spectacular. They accommodated one diners, food preferences, seamlessly. Three of us got the wine pairing and one the non-alcoholic elixir pairing. I like the elixir...
