Came here for an anniversary. Ordered their 15oz ribeye, 6oz filet, mash potatoes, and 1 drink for $250 w/ tip. I'm not sure what other reviewers ate, but maybe they feel they must exaggerate because of cost, or maybe they've never had an excellent steak. Either way, it's overpriced. There are more affordable michelin starred restaurants than this and they're actually worth it. The steaks were ordered med rare and were basically medium. Nothing special....
My wife and had the Chophouse recommended to us by a shop owner in town, and I am glad I asked. We ordered 3 different cocktails and they were all well-crafted and delicious—perfectly balanced between flavor and spirits. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our interaction with the bartender (owner?) after what I thought was an initial standoffishness. He certainly knows what he is doing behind the bar.
