Service is terrible. They charged me for too many cups and then acted annoyed when I wanted a refund for the charges. Then, I checked my bank account and they actually charged me again! They immediately run back to the back room to get on social media on their phones. They don’t pay attention to people walking up to the counter. This isn’t a single bad occurrence, either. I’ve been in a few times and the service is always like this.
All the reviews are sadly trueeeeeeeeeeee :(Two girls in the back looking like they can’t be bothered. Had trouble hearing or simply weren’t paying attention to our order.The only redeeming quality was a good tasting ice cream, even though it was melted.
