Best restaurant in Leavenworth! Cozy atmosphere. The staff had a warm energy. The pasta was DELICIOUS! I got the Creste Di Gallo and it was so random and so good. It was a bell pepper curry pasta soooooo good. As a vegetarian I was very impressed. Knocked my socks off. Good pasta too!
As a local and big time fan of the larch group and the wonderful experiences they’ve curated for the Leavenworth area, I’ve got to admit I’m mostly just disappointed.
We LOVED Prusik- the truffle fries, the burgers, the spotlights from the larch menu, and the exceptional service and cocktails made it the perfect spot. It really seemed to diversify the restaurant groups presence in town.

Its an order at counter and ask for a tip place. Food was good. Pesto pasta needed more pancheta, and way less croutons. Side salad was good. Good price to portion. The place was ridiculous loud with music. Be back.
