Stopped between Woodinville and Leavenworth for a stretch and stumbled on Squirrel Tree Resort, total hidden-gem energy! The vibe is cozy and quirky, the lunch was stellar, and Veto (the owner) was warm, funny, and so helpful. I tried the Natapoc, absolutely delicious. 😋

Nestled in the woods just about 15 minutes out of Leavenworth, WA in an area called Coles Corner is The Squirrel Tree Resort. Great quiet place to get away and spend a weekend, have great food, and entertainment at a low cost.

We didn't stay at the resort...BUT had dinner at the restaurant...Maddy was a wonderful server...the selection on the menu was fantastic....I would definitely return when passing thru again...

Much better than it used to be. Vito is the best. Coffee is good. Service is still a little slow depending on who is working. Sarah was fabulous!

We met the owner, and he was so friendly and accommodating.
You can tell he and his wife have poured their hearts and souls into the place. Food was delicious, and the décor is on point. Even though I'm from South Dakota, my wife and I plan on returning.
