Just wow!! The food was delicious. The restaurant environment was amazing. The service was outstanding! Highly recommend going there!

Extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, and we arrived at 8:27 PM, more than 30 minutes before closing. Despite that, we were told they could not serve us because they were “closing soon.”

What makes this even more frustrating is that there were still customers inside waiting for their food and being served, yet we were turned away. If the kitchen stops taking orders before the advertised closing time, that should be clearly stated. Otherwise, customers have every reason to expect service until the posted closing hour.

We made the trip based on the restaurant’s listed hours only to be turned away without a valid explanation. This felt unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful of customers’ time.

I would not recommend this restaurant based on the poor customer service and lack of consistency in how customers are treated.

Amazing place with fresh locally sourced, expertly prepared, and cooked to perfection dishes. The wood oven clams is to die for.

Wonderful italian restaurant in leavenworth. The menu was diverse and the food was fantastic. Every dish exceeded our expectations. Creative beverages and a wonderful dessert menu as well. The service we received was excellent. Probably a good idea to get reservations. Was pretty busy on the saturday night?We were there. I highly recommend it

I didn’t plan on leaving a bad review until the end of our meal when our bride was served free ice cream containing nuts with no input of what it was and we had 3 nut allergies at the table. After she had the smallest bite she was having a reaction and I had to flag down the server asking what it was and if it had nuts and he said “ not it has cherry, chocolate, and pistachios.. oh! You got me there. Anyone else want dessert?” No apology, he didn’t take the dessert off the table. The bride had to leave because she was having a reaction and had to get her EpiPen before deciding to go to the hospital. Which in turn ruined the weekend as we were here to celebrate her bachelorette. I think what really ruined it and upset the bride is obviously being served ice cream with nuts and no time to even ask what it was because it was dropped off and the person left immediately, but also the waiter had zero sympathy whatsoever and then we had to flag them down to get our checks. I did let the manger know but all she said was “oh great we had talked about nuts today prior to the shift.” So that didn’t make this experience any better at all.
We let them know about the shell fish allergy and it’s our fault for not mentioning the nut allergy but our whole group was aware of what we were ordering and no one ordered nuts so receiving a free desert that has nuts caught everyone off guard obviously.
Probably wouldn’t ever be back because of this and the slow service. After that happened it seemed like he was avoiding our table 🥲

Amazing - it was the quiet before the storm.. we went during the week right before Memorial weekend... We were sat right away, on the balcony too. The food was fantastic. I had a red wine that was a great pairing ❣️👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳😗😘
I would certainly go again ❣️

My family I were in the mood for some Italian cuisine. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t very pleasant. I had 2 very hungry kids with me. Our server would allow me to order more than one item from kids menu. She needed to see my daughter finish her first plate and then a 2nd order was allowed to be ordered. I should have walked out right from the start. Again, kids very hungry therefore I decided stay. Appetizer took a while to arrive. And the main course for my wife and I , took even longer to show up. Rack of lamb was pretty good . I wish server warn me the spaghetti had bacon. I didn’t care for bacon.
Manager comes and apologizes. Offers me a cake on the house when I had to pay. It was a nice gesture. But my wife and I had a pretty bad mood at that moment. All in all, unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my experience there. I’m not sure I will go back.

Very confused by our experience because we've heard great things about this place. Our server was fantastic and the service itself was great but the food was pretty mediocre for the price. The Ceasar salad had very little dressing and my cantalloni came out dry with what looked like almost no creme freshe. My fiancés steak came out medium well ( very little pink and only on the very center) when he asked for medium rare. Even the mixed drinks were not good. We opted to just leave instead of having food remade. I feel bad for the server because she was great.

10/10 highly recommended. Our waitress Asia was absolutely phenomenal! She was so much fun to have as a waitress. She explained the menu very well and gave wonderful recommendations. She’s the absolute best! Food was AMAZING! I got the crab lemon pasta dish and my guy got the chicken parm dish and ended the night with some gelato. We drove out to camp and couldn’t find a spot so we have to drive back home but this place made the drive out here worth it!

Spent our anniversary here, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. I ordered the chicken and mushroom fettuccine, my partner ordered the Cannolis. And he absolutely deleted the apple bread pudding. Also enjoyed the pomegranate Fresca mocktail 💗

Had a lovely experience here! Lillian was so warm, attentive, and genuinely doing her best throughout the meal. She did a wonderful job, the restaurant is lucky to have such a kind and nice person on their team.
