Wasn't feeling soup and noodles, so I got a rice bowl (made vegan), which felt a bit underwhelming. The veggies and ingredients were all fresh and delicious, but the aoli that is supposed to come with it was skipped since it wasn't vegan, and I got a little cup of the vinaigrette. I find it hard a place like this can't make a simple vegan sauce to replace their non-veg counterparts. I would've also preferred the bowl warmer as the rice on the bottom was the...
OMG AMAZING! The food is so healthy, sustainable, and delicious in a town full of beer food (which don’t get me wrong, is also delicious), this is just a nice change of pace with gorgeous scenery. 10/10 recommend the salmon rice bowl.
