We were lucky enough to have Mangia Catering Co for our fundraising event.
The food was stellar, Bill was great to work with onsite and planning with Kayden was wonderful!

It was such a pleasure working with Kayden at Mangia Catering. Our plans changed and we won’t need catering after all for our small group, but I highly recommend Mangia for your catering needs. Very professional and responsive. Food selections and pricing were very reasonable.

I’m with Gold Star Construction based out of Liberty Lake, and we recently hosted an event at our shop catered by Mangia. They truly went above and beyond. The food display and setup were incredible — I gave them very little direction, and they exceeded every expectation.

I’ve been working closely with Tim, and he has been fantastic. He always lets me bounce ideas off him and consistently offers excellent suggestions, especially when it comes to sourcing high-quality materials for events. We even needed a bartender last minute, and with just two days’ notice, he had everything handled seamlessly.

We highly recommend Mangia. As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality builds, so it’s been refreshing to find a vendor who values quality just as much as we do.

The food was fresh and delicious, the presentation looked fantastic, and the service team was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. The s'mores station was a bit hit!

Highly recommend Mangia Catering for your catered food event needs. They catered a wedding in Sandpoint ID for us.The food was excellent, timely, hot, easy to access, and beautifully displayed. Mangia Catering were very efficient, easy to work with, accommodating and reliable. We would use them again for another event.

They did my daughter’s bridal shower and her wedding this past June 2025.. there presentation is remarkable and so beautiful! Their food was delicious . We are Italian so we did an Italian menu and I will say they did not disappoint! We also did a huge char board it was absolutely amazing and all the guests couldn’t stop talking about it and the food! All there servers were so very kind and professional oh they also did cannolis!! Thank you mangia I will definelty recommending you to anyone needing a caterer!

If I could leave a zero star, I would. The food is awful, the staff are rude, and they steal from you. I got food from them at an event and they charged my card multiple times. I’ve reached out to them and left voicemails multiple times and never heard anything back. If you’re thinking of hiring them, don’t. They will rob you

Absolutely fantastic service AND food!!! I use them for all of my business meetings in the Spokane and northern Idaho region!!! They go above and beyond with food quality, quantity, and customer service!! I would highly recommend their services for any catering need that you might have!!! Hired Mangia Catering following a Google search for local caterers for my wife's surprise 50th birthday party and couldn't have been happier. Excellent food, attention to every detail, worked with owner directly at every step. Amazing and friendly staff. Well-coordinated and exceeded expectations on every level. Will use Mangia for every future event without hesitation!

I had to plan an event in Idaho from California for my company's kickoff party, Mangia/Tim came highly recommended by the city and other local vendors and BOY oh BOY did they deliver. I was so impressed not only with Tim's creativity with the menu and the space, but also his responsiveness, flexibility and general kindness as a human. He worked with our budget to come up with a creative and delicious menu that also provided opportunity for our company to mingle and graze. The staff onsite that day were incredible - they got there early, setup early and were very helpful during the event. The FOOD was so delicious (every single bite across the board) - the details on how it was served were top notch as well. We had stations setup throughout the space so everyone got to try cuisines from different parts of the world and the compliments did not stop all night from party-goers. I would highly recommend Tim and his staff and company to anyone who wants to have a perfect event and am so grateful for his help.

Would give zero stars if available. The food was absolutely horrible. Burger meat was either over cooked or frozen. Asked for condiments - was rudely told the burger already had them. The fries - all six of them were under cooked (on the edge of raw). But, the worst part of the experience was the way this company treated everyone in our party. Rude doesn't quite cover it. They were mean, tempered, dismissive, and angry. This company has no clue on how to make food or run a business. Quit now and get other jobs.

Wood fire pizza was delicious. Service was poor. Asked for bar and drink service to be ready by 4:30. Not even ready by 5:15. Was very hot and they brought 1/3 of the ice needed for the event. Kegs unusable for most of wedding because they didn’t bring enough ice to chill them. Friends had to make emergency ice run and buy more alcohol to cover for lack of beer. I had them make note that they needed to provide ice for kegs etc so this was not a surprise to them.

Mangia catered a reception at our venue, All About Memories, this past Saturday and we couldn't be more impressed with everything from the amazing food to the wonderful team that prepared and served the food with a beautiful presentation! Will highly recommend Mangia to any of our customers looking for a caterer!

Tried them for the first time at ArtFest Spokane after being flagged down when he saw me eyeballing the pizza oven. Delicious pizza, hot and fresh as it should be with friendly service. Amazing!
