Hired Mangia Catering following a Google search for local caterers for my wife's surprise 50th birthday party and couldn't have been happier. I had to plan an event in Idaho from California for my company's kickoff party, Mangia/Tim came highly recommended by the city and other local vendors and BOY oh BOY did they deliver. I was so impressed not only with Tim's creativity with the menu and the space, but also his responsiveness, flexibility and general kindness as a human. He worked with our budget to come up with a creative and delicious menu that also provided opportunity for our company to mingle and graze....
