Mac N Cheese
House-made macaroni and cheese garlic, onion, milk, shredded cheddar, Velveeta, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika can be ordered by cup (8 ounces) pt (16 ounce) or qt (32 ounce).
Cornbread with Honey Butter
House-made cornbread can be purchased by the piece. Each piece is approx. 3 x 2 (one per person is recommended), not gf.
Chorizo Pinto Beans
House-made smoked pinto beans onion, garlic, smoked brisket, mustard, brown sugar, celery seed, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and pinto beans can be ordered by cup (8 ounces) pt (16 ounces) or qt (32 ounces).
Banana Pudding Pie
House-made banana pudding pie (banana pudding, whipped cream, sugar, vanilla, honey, nilla-wafer, brown butter crumble, and salt) served in an 8-ounce cup.

Small Block Platter
1/2 pound of brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and spicy sausage with 1 pt of coleslaw, smoked pinto beans, and mac n cheese. Feeds 4 people.
Big Block Platter (Feeds 8)
1 pound of brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and spicy sausage with 1 qt of coleslaw, smoked pinto beans, and mac n cheese. Feeds 8 people.
Pulled Pork Family Pack
2-pound pulled pork, 2 pints of sides, pickles, BBQ sauce, and 4 Kaiser rolls.

Wow! I was recommended this place by a coworker, and it did not disappoint. The prices are so reasonable for how much food you get. The Polish sausage was by far the best I've ever tasted. The pulled pork sandwich was smoky, tender, and packed high. Mac and cheese was creamy and steaming hot. The cornbread was moist and the sweet whipped butter added the perfect touch. Everything was sooo good. I will be back again and again!

Had the U-HI Turkey Sandwich.... Smoked Chicken Thigh, bacon jam, bbq chips, American cheese, white bbq sauce, and pickles. It was really a fantastic sandwich! Rather than chips I ordered the cheesy corn as a side. Shared with my husband and we loved it. Hubby had ribs...said they were some of the best ribs he has had in quite a while. Really tasty coleslaw. Too warm to sit outside, so ate indoors...only complaint is it is kinda noisy inside. But will be back again. ...

This was the third time I have eaten here and probably the last. My meal was not even slightly warm. Still tasted ok but being served a high priced meal that isn't slightly warm is such a turnoff that I will go to other BBQ places instead. I know it is a satellite location and I want small businesses to succeed but that was a deal breaker.
