Small businesses want my loyalty, it should work both ways, Versalia has gotten too big for their britches. I went for a piece of pizza but missed happy hour by a couple minutes, the manager wouldn't give me the dollar off, like it will kill their business. They saved a dollar and lost a customer, if they are going to have corporation rules I will boycott them like a corporation.
