Love this place! My family and I have been here a handful of times in just a year.
The chefs are always great. Always fun and friendly. If you’re not looking to get out of your shell, don’t do hibachi.
The food is always great. Steak, shrimp, fried rice- it’s always good.
The portions are pretty big, imo. So if you’re hungry, this is the place!
Fujiyama took a hit around covid and fell off a bit; they have since returned to positive form and are typically the number one choice when my family is in the area.

Based on the reviews, Fujiyama | Steak House & Bar is a great place for the whole family. The food is absolutely fantastic, with steak that absolutely melts in your mouth. The sushi is also great and excellent, though some found it just okay. The cook and chef on the grill are very funny and good at their job, providing fun entertainment that makes dinner less dull for the kids. The service is very good, with the waitress on par for service. It is a hidden gem that is always busy. The food is excellent, the service is very good, and it is not priced like you would expect with those qualities. There is a full bar. The whole experience takes quite a while but is a lot of fun and well worth it. They do automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill. Overall, it is a great experience with consistency, and the welcome to the show makes it a very good meal.
