Stopped in for lunch with a recommendation from a friend. Had the seafood chowder & the fried oyster basket. Both very good. You can make reservations for a table or order at the food truck & sit in tables. Cute gift shop w/ shirts & oysters.
A really fun experience. We were staying nearby and read about the oyster saloon and decided to go, expecting a low key experience. Wow, were we surprised! It was bustling and when we got our food we understood why! Crispy, perfect fish & chips. My wife said her fried oysters were the best she's ever had and she is an oyster lover who orders them whenever possible. The vibe was fun, lots of different people, dogs and happiness.
Food was incredible! Would absolutely eat here again. Location was beautiful and most of the staff was great! I did have an interaction today through that really threw me off and dampened my experience. I booked my reservation at 11:15am, Hama Hama opens at 11am, I’m assuming that 15 minutes is a grace period for final set up and for ordering.
