2 reasons why they don't deserve a 5 star rating. The young lady who greeted us yesterday was obviously annoyed that customers were coming in. After being told it would be 15 to 20 minutes with 3 open tables and I'm disabled, use a walker, you know she wanted us to go elsewhere. We didn't and got a table right away with a server that was overwhelmed because young lady left her alone on her first day. The second reason is because they put the crab on the English muffin so it was hot and cooked by the hot egg and Hollandaise so it tasted more canned than fresh. It seemed fresh so I don't know why they would do tha and not put it on top. Definitely going back though. Clean place. Friendly server. Tasty.

Super long wait, i get it, busy weekend and a small restaurant. But when you order crab cake Benedict and it's made with fake crab and pre-made/ powdered holandaise sauce, huge disappointment.

Certainly a family friendly place! Very clean and the staff is great! We came during the rod run so it was busy but the breakfast was amazing. The brisket Benedict is now my favorite. Of course last time, it was the chorizo, and the time before that was the pancakes so rest assured no matter what a person orders, they won’t be disappointed.

I love biscuits and gravy. The house made jalapeno biscuit was top notch. The gravy...not so much.
Felt adventurous and had the crab cake eggs Benedict. I'm a hollandaise sauce snob and not a big breakfast eater. Ate it all, it was that good. Hubs had his usual hair and cheese omelet and was happy with it.
Also very impressed that they had a missing and fallen soldier table near the door with an explanation, so people could spend a moment of reverence for those who gave all.
It was a bit of a wait for both the table and the food, but this was peak season, and the food is worth the wait!

We had a fine breakfast! I didn’t like the smell- (i think the restrooms were very near the kitchen and front dining area. )I just had oatmeal, but my husband liked his biscuits and gravy. It was a little strange to have milk for my oatmeal, served in a cup. Typically, this would be served in a little creamer container.I am Scottish, so I used the individual half-and-halfs on the table instead of the milk… I must say, we had a very nice response from the manager regarding my review on this restaurant! How awesome that he cared that much. This was probably our last trip to the ocean, but if we were to return, I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!
Best breakfast in all of Long Beach. Prices are very reasonable and the menu has anything you’d want from a breakfast place. The staff seems lovely. My only complaint is that they close at 12:30, would love to come for a later brunch!
