It's the only Chinese place in town and I think they count on that. The food is good, but the prices seem high for Portland, let alone Long Beach. I asked for a soda to go and was handed a 20 oz bottle for $5. Yes, I was dumb enough and tired enough to pay it.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I came here a full hour before closing. Upon telling the blonde hostess/waitress I would be dining in she ignored me and turned to a departing customer muttering how “of course she comes in right before closing”. Clearly referring to me. An hour before closing is not “right before closing”. After ordering my food she came back with a poor excuse that the clock at the register was wrong and had said 8:45 when I arrived. When I paid I mentioned her snide comment when I arrived was rude she got angry at me. Also, as others have said the food is quite bland and was off because I got sick later that night. I will starve before going back there again.

Their prices online aren’t accurate and much more expensive than what is listed online. Lady was rude when asked about it, saying that we must be looking at a different restaurant’s menu yet it was 100% their website and address listed. Heard another customer say the same thing while picking up our food. Food was actually horrible, the almond chicken tasted like manure which was very unsettling. Had other people get the same thing and said the same thing about the chicken. Only posting so others do not waste their money!!

Average Chinese food, but the best I have found in Long Beach. Chen's is a mainstay and stays open later than most restaurants in town.
Consistently good for when I'm craving Chinese food!

Service was really good The chicken subgum chow mein was really delicious but I'm not sure if they need to change their oil but the sweet and sour chicken the chicken inside was nice but the deep fried tasted old but everything else tasted really good that's why only the three star also clean bathroom That's always a plus.

Service was terrible, food tasted like hammered dog squeeze and they don't seem to care about any of it. Total waste of time.
