I love this place. They have excellent basic hamburgers with cheese, bacon lettuce, tomatoe, and onion. I always get extra lettuce and onion, and they don't charge for it. The fries are excellent. They're crinkle cut, so nice and crispy on the outside. I haven't tried other items on the menu yet. It's also on the way home, which makes it very convenient. The prices are reasonable too.

This was a fantastic place to grab dinner. The corral burger was huge and delicious, although a little messy. They had a wonderful variety of shakes to choose from. I will definitely visit again on my future trips to Long Beach.

I used to find this place to be enjoyable to eat at. The burgers were good, the fries were always hot, and I appreciated the variety of flavors of milkshakes. Today, I ordered a milkshake and upon taking one sip, I had to instantly spit it out because it tasted like they added a ton of syrup. I kindly asked if he could make me another one, but with less flavoring. He stated that there was nothing he could do. I asked for my money to be refunded and he said once again, I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do. I tossed it in the garbage and walked out. I was so furious! If he couldn't make another, he could easily give me my money back. It seemed as if he didn't care at all. If I had ordered a well done hamburger and received a medium rare hamburger, would they remake it or simply say there's nothing they could do? I have never had any complaints about this place until now, but now I am extremely disappointed due to the poor customer service. They don't comprehend that losing one customer means losing a lot of customers. I won't recommend this place to my friends, family, or customers. Good customer service is crucial for that reason!

The older lady who took my order was extremely rude. I asked for 2 double burgers plain no bun. It's like I asked her for her social security number or something. Just really rude and not what I was expectingWon't be back unfortunately. Then got our food and ofcourse not plain.

The very best mushroom Swiss burger! And it comes with bacon without having to ask! And I’m picky about my burgers! The only complaint would be to ditch the horrible Ken’s ranch! Y'all could absolutely make the best homemade ranch, I believe in you! your food deserves good ranch! Please!

Really great burgers. They refused to give me a glass of tap water. Maybe im old fashioned but I consider this to be a basic decency. I wouldnt refuse a stranger a glass of water let alone a paying customer who spet 25 dollars on a burger and shake. I would encourage a rethink on this policy.
