I’ve been going to the LBT since the early 1970s. I have never had a bad experience and have enjoyed it every time I’ve gone in. It’s my place to go when I’m in town, which is all summer long. The bartenders have always been friendly, courteous, and attentive. I highly recommend the LBT to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable time.
10 out of 10 a zero rating I phoned in a pizza to go order. I arrived to pick it up, waited at the “to go” counter a good 10 minutes or more. Staff passed right by me, not acknowledging me at all, going around me. I moved to the bar thinking I’d get service there~no, the bartender ignored me, she glanced at me and kept emptying the dishwasher. Another 10 minutes went by. I do not know who the bearded guy named Will is but he needs to find another line of work! HORRIBLE customer service, can’t even bother to smile!!! The rest of your crew awesome but that guy is terrible! If he’s working we won’t even go in, sadly!!!
