My wife and I went here today for lunch and bought a philly cheesesteak to share. We drove away took a bite and immediately went back to order another one so we could both eat a full sandwich. It was amazing. The bread is so fresh and the cheese and meat were delicious. Grilled onions as well were sooo good. Cant wait to go back
Bread is so fresh! I got the week special philly cheese steak with a creamy horseradish sauce and banana peppers! Definitely something different and was so good! The wife got the turn turtle sandwich a nice cold sandwich!

I'm a local, I drive by surfer sands almost daily in hopes that they're open most days they are closed when they are open they don't have bread they can't do this they can't do that and they forget most of my order so whoever the new owners are they suck because they're never open and when they are open they forget half your order. I would have given them five stars I give them half of one, they need to do something about their website too because it says that they're open on days that they're not even there and that there is a zero star

I drove by this place many times. Someone told me to go there for really good sandwiches. It was excellent. You can wait in your car. They bring the food to you. Tables outside available. Nice staff.
Parking: Big parking lot. No parking lines.
Kid-friendliness: Outside tables. Food good for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. A bit bumpy with gravel. Roll up to window to order.

I love this place. Food is great. Today I had the weekly special, a Hawaiian with ham and pineapple. Sooo good.
The Fact that Surfer Sands doesn't have a 5 star all-around is a travesty. When I lived in the area and work on the ambulance we would make it a point to snag a bite to eat. The Bread is perfectly made every day, good portions, fresh produce never frozen. If Surfer Sands shipped their food out of state I would pay handsomely! I am writing this review as I'm eating the "best sandwich" in Chattanooga TN. Only wishing I had a Surfer Sands sammy in my hands!
Just got a smoked brisket sandwich advertised as a special and it was FANTASTIC!!!Great price too!The shop was closed. The owner was there making bread and he stopped to make us our sandwiches. WOW! Deserves more than 5 stars
This place is great. It is all to go. Great Philly cheese steak and wonderful fruit smoothies but my favorite was the Cajun chowder. It is my favorite chowder on the peninsula and I have had 90% of the chowder here.

I have always wanted to try this place. Man, it did not disappoint. The cheesesteaks are to die for. I will definitely be visiting this place again. They only have outdoor seating.
