Made to wait for a smokehouse brisket and a delux burger and curly fries, which wasnt a problem. But the brisket was cold, guessing it was sitting for hours under light. Blah, not much flavor either. It used to be Arbys was a tasty treat. Not any more. So disappointed!!
After seeing an ad on TV regarding a $5 meal at Arby's I went to the Arby's in Longview. I was in the drive-through and was told that the ad was an error and the special had ended. I mentioned that I had seen the ad that morning but the cashier did not care and did not even apologize. I told her I did nor want to order then and pulled away.
