This is the place we go to if we don't feel like cooking! The employees are nice and professional. The food is always delicious and fast. The only thing I don't like is that the salsa bar is only for dine-in customers. I really like the pico de gallo and the onions, but they don't offer to go portions.Vegetarian options: I had the chille relleno burrito.

My father-in-law took a nasty fall the first of June 2023 and my wife has been caring for him full-time since then. We live in Portland, Oregon so I come up to Longview once a month to give her a break from her dad, and him from her.His doctor's appointments require us to drive by Don Angel Taqueria and I'd been wondering about this place so today I stopped in for a quick lunch break and was happy I did.Don Angel has an extensive menu that includes breakfast along with many combination meals, and limited childrens options. You order at the service counter and they bring your meal to you. I ordered a couple of carnitas tacos $3 each and was served in a few minutes later. The tacos were topped with onions and green salsa on street size corn tortillas. Delicious!What set this place a part from the ones I've been to in most places is their salsa bar (dine in only). It's stocked with at least a dozen different toppings, salsas, pickled vegetables, and homemade hot sauces to make your order special.The staff's friendly, place spotless, quick service, food is very good and the prices are moderate. Hands down better than any "Mexican" food chain restaurant you'd find. I'll definitely be heading back for a torta or some tamales soon.

She said it had a perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar.My mother was able to find a vegan burrito that satisfied her.I ordered a canrne asada taco salad with no tomatoes and no shell. They still included the tomatoes, so that was a bummer.The flavors were good, prices okay, and the service was friendly.

I was reading the reviews and had to try.. yes the breakfast burritos are the best 2.. 3 meat burritos with large corchata 24.08 worth the money come check this place out I won't be going any where else very good

DELICIOUS food. I'm thrilled by how quick the service was for such a small place that was popular and busy when we arrived. The food was amazing and high quality. The kitchen was shining clean, and you can tell the staff really care. If I lived in Longview I'd come here all the time.

I used to go there frequently. I like that I can get low-carb tortillas and that their regular corn tortillas are made in-house. The food isn't as seasoned as I would like it, but that is pretty typical for the area.My last visit made me not go back. I ordered $20 worth of fresh corn tortillas. I tried to go to the salsa bar, and they told me that it was for dine-in customers only. I felt singled out because I had never had that experience at any other Mexican restaurant before.
