The food is tasty, I have the Mojarra, it's one of the best fish I have. It's crispy and yet can taste the freshness of the fish. We came late and there was not many people dining in and they come to check on us from time to time. I like this type of local restaurant than those chain one.
My go to place for breakfast in Longview, though they serve all day. The whole menu is always available as well.
Process are good, portions are decent, and the flavor is great. It's worth it to done in and enjoy the salsa bar. There are also daily specials, where certain items go on sale on certain days.
I recommend you give them a try.

Positive: Fun salsa bar. Above average. Lots of seating and parking.
Cons: $14 w/tax for three small lengua tacos that were mid at best. Pork I'm pretty sure, not beef.
Employees were using both bathrooms.
