Out of all the Dutch Brothers I’ve ever been to this is the only one that consistently gets my order wrong. Small hot caramelize with an extra shot. Tell me why 90% of the time they ring me up for a medium I don’t got time to argue about it in this morning the woman said I could definitely take that back and give you a call. Why would I ask for a small after I’ve already been charged for a medium so that does not fix the problem besides the fact that small does not sound like medium so how are they consistently getting it wrong every time? I’m just gonna switch to it maybe slightly more expensive but it leaves the coffee is better and listen to me

I ordered their Gingerbread latte with white coffee. They were very chinsey on the flavoring. Tasted more like sweet hot milk than anything. This is not my normal location. Astoria location is the bomb!

Cant live without this coffee chain all of them are great. The baristas are really nice and make awesome suggestions. Ask for a dutch canyon mocha you wont regret it.

I requested a peppermint mocha, the barista there was very sassy when she let me know they didn’t have peppermint. Then she made my drink in the wrong size. I usually have such a nice experience at Dutch bros. It was pretty sad.
My niece and I went through the drive through aroundc7:15 pm We ordered or drinks hot we received blended, My niece went to order and the the girl completely ignored her. When I said exuce me she is trying to order she walked of to talk to another employee, Ask what she recommended, was told ahh I don't know, snickerdoodl I quess. No whip, mo drizzle Worst customer service 😒 I have had in y'alls town .
