Great tap list, service, and food
I ordered takeout. Brisket platter and Combo platter with Salmon chowder. The chowder is fantastic! The BBQ is exactly to my liking. Not a heavy sauce. I would describe it as subtle vinegar with a hint of sweetness and the natural pan juices. It lets the flavor of the meat shine. To me, that's how BBQ should be done. If you are coating everything in heavy sauce, what are you trying to hide?
Great place for BBQ & local craft beer. Customer service was very good. 1st time, but we will be back.
