I ordered takeout. Brisket platter and Combo platter with Salmon chowder. The chowder is fantastic! The BBQ is exactly to my liking. Not a heavy sauce. I would describe it as subtle vinegar with a hint of sweetness and the natural pan juices. It lets the flavor of the meat shine. To me, that's how BBQ should be done. If you are coating everything in heavy sauce, what are you trying to hide?
So dang good and service is amazing. Server has been so welcoming and checking in on me often. Food was served quickly and hot. Taste amazing. Love the chill atmosphere, much like any brew house.
I personal am not a fan of the coleslaw, but others might like it, it has more of a apple cider vinegar taste I think. I like the semisweet coleslaw rather than tart. I got the combo plate and the meats are great proportion and great taste.

So for the 4th of July we had HnG BBQ us enough Pulled Pork and chicken for about 30 guests. I let them estimate the amount needed for the expected number of guest.
41 showed up when we were done counting so it was a bunch of hungry people.
The food was excellent and plentiful and I thought reasonably priced.
But the best part was the time savings. I was able to just burn hotdogs all day visit and celebrate.
Along with the great meats they supposed...
