I call corporation on them I tried calling district manager. I tried calling members of the corporation and nobody would return my phone call. it's like they don't care what happens to his Jack in the Box. we had family come from Indiana for vacation they wanted to try it because they never had it before they swore up and down they would never go to another one
I really hate to complain especially as this my local go to JITB, but what a disappointment this one has been lately!!
They constantly don’t have many of menu items available, like chicken, tacos, shakes and even burgers! I mean how does that happen? Isn’t that a management and ordering issue?
In addition the Mobil ordering is sporadic at best with most of the time they will not accept the mobile order or they will accept the order then tell you sorry we don’t...read full review
