It's been awhile since we have eaten here because we were typically dissatisfied once we got home with the order. We have recently came back and tried again. And now have been back every week from a month. The staff was under siege tonight and they handled it like pros. I had about a 15-minute wait. When they called me up to get my order, the guy threw in some cheesy curds and apologized for the wait. Great customer service and great teamwork.

It was Mothers Day. The drive-through was empty. Not knowing that this was ALSO the A&W drive-through made no difference. I ordered what I wanted, and it was served promptly and courteously without any upsell and no excuses. The chicken was hot and crispy. The onion rings were the best - THE BEST - I've had in years. The bowl was perfect and full of goodness.Don't let the age of the outside fool you into not going here.

So I went thru the drive thru ordered 2 famous bowls 2 chicken legs biscuit, and a spicy chicken sandwich a Pepsi and a cokeI got 1 famous bowl with spicy chicken in it if 1 famous bowl regular it was do e right, a chicken sandwich that wasn't spicy, 2 chicken legs in box that was suppose to have a biscuit in there and 2 drinks.I also asked for butter and honey at the window for the biscuit the girl said it was in the bag .and I didn't even get that. Had to go inside...
