Went to KFC to get their special 8 piece bucket complete meal and was informed it would be a 12 wait just for the biscuits, Blaine the associate waiting on us offered some extra chicken instead of waiting on the biscuits. I informed Blaine I would rather just wait. Upon informing me my order was ready, Blaine told me he gave me extra biscuits and chicken for being so patient. That was excellent customer service.

It's been awhile since we have eaten here because we were typically dissatisfied once we got home with the order. We have recently came back and tried again. And now have been back every week from a month. The staff was under siege tonight and they handled it like pros. I had about a 15-minute wait. When they called me up to get my order, the guy threw in some cheesy curds and apologized for the wait. Great customer service and great teamwork.

It was Mothers Day. The drive-through was empty. Not knowing that this was ALSO the A&W drive-through made no difference. I ordered what I wanted, and it was served promptly and courteously without any upsell and no excuses. The chicken was hot and crispy. The onion rings were the best - THE BEST - I've had in years. The bowl was perfect and full of goodness.Don't let the age of the outside fool you into not going here.
