My new favorite on the menu is the quesa birria. Incredible flavor ?. They do use a little cilantro on it so be warned if you don't care for cilantro. The dipping sauce is soooo good.

This place as a super friendly atmosphere. My family and I we love the quesabirrias and their vegetarian options. ALSO if you want real authentic mexican food this place is. I see that some complains about their food taking forever well if you want fast food than try a different restaurant because seriously their homemade tortillas are the best! The quality of their food is amazing.
Great food. Original flavors. Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Music a bit loud for a relaxing dinner. Best Mexican food in Cowlitz!!

Had menudo....being from Southern California we eat menudo with hominy in it. Something that I guess is alien to the PNW as I can't find a place that does that. Well los Jalapenos obliged. Food was great service was friendly and attentive 10/10 would eat there again.

Excellent Chile Relleno! I always judge a restaurant by their Chile Relleno when trying the restaurant for the first time.
Once was enough for me. Food was good but small portion for the price. Service was friendly but no napkins were provided, I asked for a few and was literally brought one. The prices on the menu were less than what I was charged as well.

Restaurant and restrooms were clean and maintained. Space is small, cozy, and quiet. Service was friendly and accurate, but really slow for there only being two tables occupied by guests. We had street tacos and iced teas. Everything was pretty typical Mexican fare.. Good flavor and fresh. The street tacos were expensive compared to most other restaurants we've been to with comparable quality of food, if not better. Other menu selections seemed more reasonably priced and similar to other Mexican restaurants. We both decided we will go again and try other menu items to compare. Also, we discovered as we were paying, they do serve alcohol. Although, we were not offered a drink menu nor given a suggestion. We should have asked, I guess. They recently obtained their liquor license and currently have a limited/smaller drink selection, but are planning to expand. We will try their margaritas on our next visit.
