Best Pho in town. Their meat is actual meat. Unphogettable and green papaya have the weirdest meat and broth. I’m convinced no one in this town knows what good food is, cause they have better ratings than this place which is BOMB. This pho is comparable to Portland/Vancouver pho.
No basil, odd for pho but I assume cost saving? Spring rolls have what appears to be Costco deli ham in them (and shrimp), peanut sauce is thicker than typical and tastes off. Very friendly service and clean place.
Not your typical Vietnamese menu. The banh mi for sure is not banh mi but a fusion with more American sandwiches. Protein portions are good for the size. Not a bad place but it took a while for food to get served during the dinner hour we arrived
