Best sushi quality in town, easily! Every piece melts in your mouth! I’ve been 4 times now and every time the fish has been amazing. You gotta be patient with your server though, sometimes they only have one server handling door dash,uber eats, etc. and the dining room, so you gotta be patient.
The dining environment is welcoming and well considered, providing guests with the conditions needed to relax and enjoy the experience fully.

I spent a time in Japan and have eaten at numerous traditional Japanese Restaurants, When I went to Ryoshi 153 It was immediately apparent it was the same quality and authentic atmosphere as you would see in Japan, it is the best Japanese Restaurant in Longview.
