Starbucks is a pleasant location with a brand new drip coffee machine and pre-loaded bean bins, resulting in freshly ground cups. The staff, including a standout employee who served with a smile, provide excellent customer service. However, one reviewer experienced an issue with double charging and had a negative interaction with an employee, Darla. Fortunately, the manager, Max, and another employee, Evan, were helpful and approachable, resolving the issue and salvaging the experience.
