Starbucks is a pleasant location with a brand new drip coffee machine and pre-loaded bean bins, resulting in freshly ground cups. The staff, including a standout employee who served with a smile, provide excellent customer service. However, one reviewer experienced an issue with double charging and had a negative interaction with an employee, Darla. Fortunately, the manager, Max, and another employee, Evan, were helpful and approachable, resolving the issue and salvaging the experience. Overall, this Starbucks location is recommended, but be cautious when dealing with certain employees.
