The bento box is huge! Can easily be shared between two people. The tempura is always fresh and hot. The salad dressing has a sort of nutty sesame taste and is my favorite in the area! The sushi is always perfect. My go to has always been the Salem roll, super savory, umami and creamy! The California roll is far from basic and is refreshing during the hot weather season. Thank you!
WOW! where do I even begin, I had the Sushi Sakura (combination) and the Creamy Scallop Roll; and they were phenomenal! The Sashimi was cut beautifully, the fish was fresh, tasted very clean, no fishiness, but was very rich and refreshing. The Tuna was bright and deep red, the Salmon was nice and fatty and very buttery, and perhaps my favorite was the Albacore, it was tender but meaty, and had a deliciously complex richness to it. The Creamy Scallop Roll was everything i had hoped...
Surprisingly good sushi, here in Longview? Everything came out quickly, as expected and seemed very fresh. This was my third visit over a few years and it has been consistently good.
