Local, handcrafted, kind!When we arrived one if the owners, Greg, have us a personal tour of his facility. We were able to talk about the history of the distillery, their process, and passion regarding spirits.Afterwards, Greg allowed us to sample any of the products in their line up. A Loon Lake must and if you're not in the area it is definitely worth the drive! All kinds of tasty spirits with the best booze hounds to show you around and give you a tasting! Even a little gift shop too!

I stumbled upon this distillery when researching local distilleries in the area. I decided to make the short trip from Spokane and I'm glad I did. It is clear that the couple is passionate about their business and it shows in the products. They have a varied selection of spirits, but I have a fondness for bourbons.
