Whats not to love about a local food truck. In the heart of Lopez center, this truck provides three options. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas. Thats all you would ever need. We ordered one chicken burrito and one birria. Both were delicious and well seasoned. I got a cup of the salsa and it added just the right amount of chipotle smokey heat. Must stop here in your Lopez adventures

Holy cow this was good. I didn’t have high hopes for a taqueria with a punny name in a tiny tourist town, but everything was fantastic.Highly recommend the pastor burrito. The flour tortillas were great. From pictures the corn tacos look overfilled.The vegetarian option was also good and not an afterthought.
