“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Nothing but delicious items here, we grabbed the Ham & Cheese Biscuit and also the cinnamon rolls! So fresh. The French butter & the salami came home with us as well. My daughter loved the little butter bookmark. Customer service was 10/10. Cannot wait to come back & visit.”

“We ate at Ursa Minor for the third time last night. This lovely place never disappoints — from the ambience to the service to the uniquely innovative and delicious local dishes. Every. Single. Bite. Just so satisfying. We love the intimacy of the room and the service is perfect. There were four of us and we shared several items. The pacing was ideal. We had the BarnOwl bread with fermented yeast butter, cold fried chicken, cod fritters, black cod, roasted squash, duck confit, and gnocchi. It was a perfect evening. Ended with the panna cotta.”

“I'm already looking forward to returning to try more menu items. The peanut pepper wrap was vegan without any modifications, and they let me leave out certain veggies on request. It was ginormous, delicious and seemed relatively healthy. Can be made gluten free if ordered as a salad, per the staff. The staff was very friendly and the outdoor seating was beautiful, with a large lawn, lots of trees, and a distant ocean view. Nice lunch spot with my dog. Highly recommend!”

“Four of us went on a Saturday evening and the food was exceptional. Amazing view and reasonable prices. The reservation fee was credited back to my account after our dinner.\n\nService is island chill which means it can take a little while. When we were first seated it took about 10 minutes for our server to get us water and take our drink orders. After that, service took a more normal pace.\n\nWe had the clams, crab cakes, and prosciutto wrapped jalapeños and all three were delicious with the crab cakes being the winner. Quite possibly the best we have ever had.\n\nThey were out of the wedge salad but were able to make a salad with the wedge ingredients which worked out fine. The bolognese was very good as were the fish tacos. I loved the Fat Tony pizza.\n\nWe were all too full to have dessert.\n\nWe will definitely go back.”

“This bakery offers a large variety of bread, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, coffee, wine and pizza. I've always had a wonderful experience with the crew members. They have plenty of table space indoors and out. The tarragon cake, key lime pie, and oatmeal molasses cookies are some of my favorites”

“I thought the pulled pork was super good! And I’ll go back for the mac n cheese any time - yum! My husband is a fan of their brisket and he even he had enough to have left overs for breakfast too. Yikes Matthew! Next time we’ll branch out with other menu items, though it’ll be difficult to leave such good ones in the kitchen! My only problem is we don’t get to Orcas often enough to enjoy this tasty place!”

“I love Medio, from the high quality food and drinks to the atmosphere. Their matcha is amazing and so are their other specialty drinks which are fun and delicious. Try the kimbap, chorizo burrito, or any of their baked goods, you won’t regret it. The cafe space is amazing for San Juan. There are very few places were you can hang out on island and these guys have it going on with the vibe they’re setting up, from the decorations to the variety of nooks. There’s a fantastic fireplace and some adorable options for kids. Really great spot. I recommend it to local friends and visitors.”

“Every time we visit the island of San Juan my husband and I make a point of going to the Golden Triangle in Friday Harbor. It has the BEST Thai food ever! We travel a lot and since our favorite cuisine is Thai, we often seek out Thai restaurants. Golden Triangle wins “hands down” for delicious, authentic meals, cheerful atmosphere and very friendly, accommodating staff. Don’t miss it if you are on the island. 5 stars!”

“I rented a pedal boat from these guys and had a blast out on the lake with my daughter. I've also enjoyed some delicious ice cream and snacks from the Sugar Shack. The staff was all super friendly and helpful, will definitely be back!”
