“I don’t give 5 stars lightly, but the Haven absolutely deserves it! What a gem of a restaurant nestled in Lopez Village. Quality and flavor of food rivals most anything you can find in the big city. The service staff really works as a well-oiled machine, with non-stop — yet unobtrusive — attention to detail. Then the bar serves some of the most creative and delicious drinks imaginable. When you find yourself on Lopez, make every effort to stop by and enjoy!”

“I'm already looking forward to returning to try more menu items. The peanut pepper wrap was vegan without any modifications, and they let me leave out certain veggies on request. It was ginormous, delicious and seemed relatively healthy. Can be made gluten free if ordered as a salad, per the staff. The staff was very friendly and the outdoor seating was beautiful, with a large lawn, lots of trees, and a distant ocean view. Nice lunch spot with my dog. Highly recommend!”

“Found this place on our last day. Really nice local place for coffee, breakfast, lunch, takeout. It’s at, not in, the airport. I got breakfast and lunch for the next day when I would be traveling. The berry scone was really good. I’m not usually a fan of turkey, but the turkey salad came with a green salad and a roll and it was excellent.”

“We came right before closing and they were so kind to get us set up with some great ribs, beans, potato salad and coleslaw! The ribs were awesome and fell right off the bone; also loved the baked beans! Highly recommended!”

“This is located right on the Marina so a very beautiful place; we had the mango mania shake and the same with spirulina (green); the mixture of mango shake was good with the tajin spice, but mangos were sour ?
Adding the spirulina help a lot”

“Every time we visit the island of San Juan my husband and I make a point of going to the Golden Triangle in Friday Harbor. It has the BEST Thai food ever! We travel a lot and since our favorite cuisine is Thai, we often seek out Thai restaurants. Golden Triangle wins “hands down” for delicious, authentic meals, cheerful atmosphere and very friendly, accommodating staff. Don’t miss it if you are on the island. 5 stars!”
