To be honest the food kind of sucked. There were six of us and mostly people ordered different things, and after we were done all agreed that it wasn't anything special. Really cheap food that wasn't really cheap. I think lack of competition lets them get away with it.

I went here with my parents for lunch on a Friday noon, no one attended us after we have been sitting for nearly 30mins. The waiter just keep saying ‘give me a moment’. We ended up left without even ordering the food. Never encountered such a bad service before

i would give the islander 10 stars for service if i could. Colton was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
great spot to hang out with friends, karaoke, the flowers are amazing. i hear the food is OK plus they are open on a sunday morning.

great service and colton was easy on the eyes as well as being a FLAWLESS server. if we were on undercover boss he would become the new GM… maybe he is the GM ? he gave off GM/owner energy by giving us pickles and generally knowing everything.

We just celebrated our paddle annual. 5th Pawgust in a row with our bug. She can't fly, but she's the best pup to bring with on all of our NW jaunts. This review will be about the Islander restaurant. Always a delight to relax at. Order a decent meal with attentive service. Great fish and chips, prime rib every night now. Lazy breakfasts. Watch some very good entertainment, dance. Play games. The summer 2024 was exceptional ! Close walking distance to our cabin, pool, kayaks.

Kid-friendliness: Corn hole, ping-pong, beach, swimming pool, hot tub

Disappointing that this is the only food near the marina. It's mediocre food at best, and it is rather expensive.

It's definitely worth walking into town for a much better meal for the same price.

Long-time (~25 years) favorite San Juan Islands destination. Kathy and crew are great hosts. Amenities equal to, or greater than any other, and at an affordable price.

The single most appealing thing about this restaurant is the atmosphere!

Has a patio lawn with games for kids and adults alike!

Pets are welcome out on the Patio as well!

The Food was delicious and even though it was busy, our order of Clams, Caesar Salad with Grilled Salmon Filet and Fries were almost immediately delivered to us!

I highly recommend this humble yet unique dining experience!

Kid-friendliness: Kids can play the many games right out on the Patio Lawn!

Good food, amazing deck, and a solid bar. it gets busy, so sometimes the staff can get overloaded (they are good they just have a lot to do). regardless, the view is amazing, so it doesn't matter in the end. don't miss out on waterside ping pong or cornhole. Stay for some barroom pool, karaoke, music, and dancing to round out your evening.
The combination of place, food, and fun makes this a must stop on your next Lopez island visit.

Staff here made it very clear that bikepackers are not welcome. I'm sure people who sail in off their 40' catamaran have a very different experience.
