We ate at Ursa Minor for the third time last night. This lovely place never disappoints — from the ambience to the service to the uniquely innovative and delicious local dishes. Every. Single. Bite. Just so satisfying. We love the intimacy of the room and the service is perfect. There were four of us and we shared several items. The pacing was ideal. We had the BarnOwl bread with fermented yeast butter, cold fried chicken, cod fritters, black cod, roasted squash, duck confit,...
This is such a beautiful little restaurant on Lopez. Feels special, while also feeling comfortable. Not at all pretentious but the creative food and cocktails could feel like that, but the end result isn't that at all. Just lovely, thoughtfully created and presented food. We loved every bite and the whole experience was just amazing.
What else is there to say besides WOW! We came with a group of 12 for my boyfriends 30th birthday and there whole experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of amazing. The service was outstanding, the food was divine, and the wine/cocktails were perfection. They made such an effort to make it special and none of it went unnoticed! We can’t wait to return.
