I'm extremely low expectation with any and all Latin food in this area... I all but refuse to go to Mexican restaurants because they suck in the pnw... but this food truck is *chef kiss* the closest thing I've had to SoCal/Mexico street tacos in the pnw thus far. I have a very regimented diet and have on multiple occasions fasted all day with the intention and anticipation of hitting my carb macros in one glorious delicious sitting via 4 carnitas tacos + red hot sauce....
For the price, it was pretty good. - be prepared to pay in cash, if you get the supreme burrito, make sure to eat it in the wrapper at the burrito is so juicy that it would definitely leave a mess, even sitting down at a table would be a good idea.
