Poor business practices. Ordered takeout a few months ago and they gave me the most flavorless quickly thrown together bowl of shahi paneer and Chana masala. Tasted like tumeric powder+water. Not sure who they think they’re fooling. Paying full price for watered down Indian dishes didn’t sit right with me. I went back and returned the food. They claimed they refunded the order yet my card still got charged. Not the kind of place I’d go back to.

Now the food here is pretty good I'll admit that, my grandpa ordered some of their Indian food and he very much enjoyed it, I did as well. The pizza was good and fresh. Here are my problems though, this place isnt busy enough to be a buffet unfortunately. The salad bar had barely any actually foods in it, and it all looked as if it had been sitting there since the morning. I picked up about 3 forks and each one was greasy and had visible signs that they were not cleaned correctly. When you walk in, the menu above the buffet tells you what is included in the buffet, salad, variety of pizza, garlic bread, and cinnamon twists. We were given the option of 2 pizzas and garlic bread. the restaurant was empty and me and my grandparents were the only customers, the server, didnt check in on us at all and a guy in the bar had to tell her we needed assistance. The restaurant itself is not very clean at all, the plates were greasy and the floor look like it hadn't been swept in a while, the tables weren't clean or wiped down. And if anything the atmosphere and service of a restaurant really are just as important as the quality of the food. I would recommend definitely ordering a to-go because the food is great! Just cleanliness, and service was kind of disappointing.

Let me start by saying the pizza was delicious. That being said, today was my second time ordering takeout from here. The only reason I gave them this second chance is because the pizza was delicious. The first time, I was given a time that my pizza would be ready. I arrived 10 minutes later to make sure I didn’t have to wait. When I arrived, I was told that it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later… my pizza was finally ready. I was irritated, took the pizza and left. I later discovered, the extra toppings I ordered, and paid extra for, were not on the pizza. Today, I ordered again hoping for a better experience. I was given a time that my food would be ready. This time I arrived 20 minutes later than the time I was told. I was really hoping to not have to wait. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes before anyone even came out of the back and acknowledged me. I was told it would just be 2 more minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and didn’t have time to wait. Based on my last visit, 10 minutes actually being 30 minutes. I told them I’d wait 2 minutes and no longer. 5 minutes later, I really wanted that pizza, I left… without any pizza! 10 minutes after I left, I got a text saying my pizza was ready. That’s 50 minutes later than to 20 minutes I was originally told! So if you aren’t that hungry and have plenty of time to wait… order yourself a delicious pizza from here!

I ordered online vegetables rice from here and the rice were perfectly cooked with vegetables we can pulav or biryani we were stuck in snow at airport and they delivered there it was wonderful experience we loved it
