Went through the drive through, ordered the flamethrower burger combo and a 6-piece chicken strip basket with 2 medium soft drinks, came out quick but when I got home I realized it was a 4-piece chicken strip basket when I paid for a 6-piece.

I’ve been here two times and both times were disappointing. I ordered a simple blizzard both times and both times about 3/4 of the blizzard is just ice cream.
Only the top has the toppings so this tells me they aren’t putting enough toppings in the blizzards and they aren’t mixing it correctly. Bummer. If you go here might want to try the grill portion and not the chill portion for sure.

This is the cleanest DQ I have ever seen and it smelled really good in here. My cashier, named Sapphire, suggested the country gravy for my chicken strips and I loved it. I've never seen gravy offered at a fast restaurant and I hope one day you get biscuits. Can you imagine the hot gravy with chicken & Biscuits, topped off with a blizzard 🥶❣️🌞 Perfect Lunch or dinner 🌞

I ordered a meal with no pickles and my wife ordered a plain burger and they messed up both orders. Both were regular and the blizzard didn’t have the extra cake as requested. I do not live close so by the time I realized it was too late. Honestly disappointing because this is the 2nd time this month they completely failed the order. The first time I didn’t even get the right burger

I never write bad reviews but after witnessing the manager “Matthew”, slap and yell at one of his employees right in front of us is not okay. I feel so bad for them dealing with this kind of management. This guy should be fired!

This worker, I believe his name was Evan, was polite and made me the best food I've ever had. Those chicken strips, oh my lord. I will be going there regularly from now on.
