I have had pizza all over the USA. Domino's is a very good pizza.

We had a pizza made improperly but when we called the manager (Quinn) I believe was very kinda and helpful getting the problem fixed. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and it didn't even look like it had the normal amount... It's sad little Caesars is doing a better job than dominos.

The worst pizza I've ever seen. It's like they put an old cheese pizza and placed my toppings and rea cooked it. I called to complain, the manager blamed the other cooks, im told I'll be refunded, we shall see. Pizza is soon over cooked and stale it's not fit for consumption. Will never be back to this location. I'm a domino's regular, pull the license of fire people, this was horrible.

Hours listed on Google and their own store signage are wildly inaccurate.
- As a brief aside, you can no longer place over the phone delivery requests without being rerouted to an overseas rep. Hooray for outsourcing customer service to underpaid foreign workers! -
So I stopped by the store on my way home at 8:45pm.
Google has the store hours listed as 10:30am - 12:30am. Signs on the door confirm this. There are also signs saying they’re “open.”
Oh and the lights are on, and there are multiple employees inside doing various pizza related things.
But the doors were locked.
So I knocked.
And waited. And knocked again. And waited a bit more.
Then I went back to my car because it was freezing out.
I can’t tell you how thrilled I was that every employee in there made a point to refuse to acknowledge or respond in any way to my presence at the door.
Everyone of them did an absolute fantastic job at pretending the guy just a few feet away, on the other side of some very clean glass, percussively engaging with their door . . . . Wasn’t there.
Kudos to their acting skills.
The next time I’m in the mood for a theatre production I’ll be sure to stop by during open hours and let these guys entertain me.
It’s free.
Even if there is nothing in the way of food and beverage available.

Went to swipe my bank card to pay for my chicken wings and there card reader was malfunction so I swiped a different card reader and both worked and I paid twice for chicken wings,was told but manager to give it a few days and it won't go through the bank,butt it did and now they won't give my money back to me. Don't eat here!

I put in an order online with a coupon. When I was about to pay for the order, my coupon didn't work - though I met the criteria. I managed to find a lesser deal but that was disappointing. Then when I came for the order, there wasn't really any sort of happy customer service. They were getting orders done and I waited for a bit for my order. I wouldn't want to eat in restaurant - the atmosphere is lacking. When I opened the boxes of pizza, one pizza was burnt on one side - not horribly - but one would think that I wouldn't have to eat a few pieces that were black.
Seems like there needs to be a little customer service training and the app/online ordering could use a look at.
