Went to swipe my bank card to pay for my chicken wings and there card reader was malfunction so I swiped a different card reader and both worked and I paid twice for chicken wings,was told but manager to give it a few days and it won't go through the bank,butt it did and now they won't give my money back to me. Don't eat here!

I put in an order online with a coupon. When I was about to pay for the order, my coupon didn't work - though I met the criteria. I managed to find a lesser deal but that was disappointing. Then when I came for the order, there wasn't really any sort of happy customer service. They were getting orders done and I waited for a bit for my order. I wouldn't want to eat in restaurant - the atmosphere is lacking. When I opened the boxes of pizza, one pizza was burnt on one side - not horribly - but one would think that I wouldn't have to eat a few pieces that were black.
Seems like there needs to be a little customer service training and the app/online ordering could use a look at.

The coupon deals were amazing, Dalton let us know the last time we were there that we could save some money if we ordered online with them. The staff were courteous and the place was clean! This dominos is one of the best I've been to.

I originally ordered delivery but received the wrong order I was missing a few toppings and one of my toppings that was supposed to only be half the pizza was on the whole thing so my partner couldn't eat it. However I called and notified them of the mistake and I was not happy I will admit at first I was very angry not even because of the pizza but because of the day I had been having. I was met with a very compassionate response and apology. The man that answered the phone offered to remake the pizza himself and my pasta that wasn't even ruined he even threw in a brookie thing that I didn't even originally order which was amazing by the way! I did go in to pick up the correct food because I didn't ask for the delivery driver to drive all the way back to my apartment. I loved the hospitality and the way someone responded to my outbursts with kindness. If I could rate more then 5 stars I would. Also the delivery driver was extremely sweet and patient while also being very fast and efficient.
