Ice cream was delicious, but i would recommend buying a gallon or half gallon and taking it home to eat. We bought 2 scoops for each of the 3 of us and it was $20. Service was good and friendly and they let you sample before you buy

Order 3 sandwiches and each sandwich came with only 1 thin little slices of meat for the entire sandwich. Have order multiple times have never had this issue. Called and ask the employee and they said yeah I think we normally put more meat on. I asked for a refund was told that's how they are normally made? Poor staff training at this location. long lines slow service.

They serve delicious ice cream, but the Lynden Grover location has been hiring teenagers, leading to inconsistent portion sizes. I've visited several locations in Whatcom County to compare, and I've found that Lynden Grover often under-serves their ice cream portions. In contrast, the Ferndale location consistently provides good portion sizes. Because of the inconsistency at Lynden Grover, I cannot recommend it. When I made a complaint, the person I spoke to at Meridian was quite rude. Perhaps they should consider weighing the ice cream each time to avoid this problem. An employee at Ferndale informed me that a kiddie ice cream cone should have 1-2 swirls on top. It's disappointing because I enjoy taking my son out for ice cream, and being treated poorly for voicing my concerns about the under-served portions by their teenage staff was really upsetting I give it 2 stars for the quality of the ice cream, but I can't rate it 5 stars because of the unsatisfactory customer service and the manager at Meridian was rude

Kinda regretted getting a cappuccino milkshake here. I've had ice cream in a lot of places both in the US and abroad in Europe. This place was ok and I don't want to bad mouth because I really try to support small businesses. The service was friendly but the ice cream was just not that good. Im comparing to Tillamook and Umqua (2 favs) and this place is no where near that level. Sorry again. (Party of 5. cappuccino, cucumber lime, chocolate, vanilla and fudgey wudgey).

Incredible local ice cream served in a family friendly atmosphere. Also they have a huge selection of their ice creams in regular and jumbo sizes, plus they have regular dairy case items to stock your fridge including local cheeses.
