We found ourselves stumped. My wife was turned off by the cross contamination of old oil they deep fried her onion rings in and I make burgers quicker and yummy at home. Staff served others before us to people who arrived later, which was really hard to bite my tongue. All in all we would not return.

The food was alright. It was a luncheon, so the menu was set. The option was a bit sparse and lacked much flavor or flare. Just a cup of soup with peas and sausage bits (like what you get on pizza), a small square biscuit with some chicken salad on it and some cabbage slaw. I was surprised. I'd heard good things about the menu. Maybe I missed out this visit. The service and atmosphere were fine, typical for a local cafe.

The service is amazing, the food is NOT. We had breakfast there and were very disappointed with the food. The hashbrowns were heated up but not browned at all. They were totally white. Scrambled eggs come from an egg mixture which has a weird flavor to it. If you order biscuits and gravy, they don't make the biscuits and the gravy comes from a can (I asked, they confirmed). The coffee is horrific. Folgers is gourmet in comparison. The wait staff is very friendly and will keep your coffee topped off if you can drink it. There were three of us eating and we all were pretty disappointed. I normally don't do reviews like this, but I felt compelled to let people know what they are getting into. if you are going to see some nice wait staff, this is the place. If you are going for tasty food, try somewhere else.

There hasn't been a time yet that the food wasn't good, the service was bad or the mood was off. Great service better food. It's my go to If I'm anywhere close, sometimes I drive past everything else because I want there poutine sooo good ? plus there wraps are very good and large portioned, burgers are juicy and flavorful... Just thinking about it makes my mouth salivate. So if you are hungry and near lynden wa. Stop in they will treat you right ??. Good eats my friends!
