This store is the worst in the PNW. Closes hours early for no reason. We put an online order in and get there to be told , yeah we're closed. Laughed at us for doing an app order. Oh well was the response. Go to Bellingham. Better service, accurate order, food isn't burnt every time.

Tried to order online 30 minutes before they closed. It wasn’t available. When I got to the store at 9:50pm, when it is listed they are open tell 10pm, I was told they are not taking anymore orders for the night.

We came to Jack in the Box specifically for milkshakes and tacos. When we drove up at 9pm, we couldn’t even tell if the place was open. When we started to place our order, after ordering the tacos the guy quickly gave us our total and we had to interrupt and say we had more to order. When we tried to order a milkshake, we were told the machine had just been shut off (an hour before close). We ordered our tacos and left to get milkshakes elsewhere. Poor service all around.

We arrived about 5:00 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Other than the staff the place was empty.Absolutely every table in the restaurant was dirty.The washrooms were filthy.This was our 1st visit to a Jack in the Box.

The one and only saurdough Jack and no one beats their stuffed jalapeños and buttermilk sauce.
This place is never open when I stop by. The hours on the door say they are open but the door is always locked and no answering at the drive through. The weird thing is all the chairs are down like they would be when they are open. Teenage employees are probably just hanging out getting high in the back room...

I've lived on fastfood in a few different states and this lynden Jack is the worst I have seen. I went back yesterday knowing it was gonna be bad but had hope and sure enough I pull up and the menu board is missing and white, they didn't have the combo I tried to order, the whole soda machine was down I couldn't even get a ice water. Atleast they didn't "forget" my food this time.....

This Lynden Jack in the box does not give you a receipt and they steal your food. They don’t give you all the food you paid for. Happened twice in a month. Never going back!!
