We do a girls trip to Lynden annually. The bakery is always on our list of places to stop. We arrived around 2:00 pm Saturday. We both ordered a peanut butter bar (which we love and it didn't disappoint), a carmelita bar (where was the caramel? and it tasted like it was past its sell by date), and a lemon blueberry muffin (discovered the next morning we didn't get that as both of our muffins were just plain... no lemon or blueberries). My husband had a cinnamon rolls. It was so dry that no amount of wishful thinking helped. My pastry was fine. There were home-made soups in the refrigerated section. We'll definitely try these out next time we're in the area.

Pretty tasty deserts. I got the apple pie ice-cream thing and couldn’t put it down. Ended up regretting that cause I ate too much!Lots of selection and they were very polite and friendly.
